mixed feelings after stay

impractical room designlow quality toiletries
the room design felt impractical , seemingly due to attempts to convert the space into luxury suites. toiletries were low quality , more in line with a budget hotel. there wasn't even a decent , clean restaurant on site , which is surprising. facilities felt substandard , and the stay did not justify the high price.

adequate stay with some setbacks

disappointing viewslow service
the room i had included a disappointing view it overlooked an inner courtyard. this significantly detracted from the experience. also, i found the breakfast overpriced considering the selection offered. i expected more variety and quality for the cost. the breakfast service felt slow at times making mornings less efficient. these issues impacted my overall enjoyment.
